Return Eligibility
Please contact us for return instructions before sending any items back.
We only accept returns for brand-new, unused, and unapplied products. Items that have been installed, used, removed from the backing paper, damaged, or are not in their original condition will not be eligible for return.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition

The item must be returned in the original packaging

The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

A valid return tracking number must be provided
Please do not send returns without prior approval from our support team. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

Sale or clearance items

International orders
Due to production customization and international shipping complexities, all custom and international sales are considered final unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost incurred by us may be deducted from the refund amount.
For returns valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was received.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must remain unused and in its original packaging.
Please contact our support team before returning any exchange items.
Lost, Delayed, or Undelivered Packages
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, delivery is outside of our control.
We do not provide refunds for delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or undelivered shipments caused by shipping carriers, customs delays, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will assist whenever possible.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to the recipient, store credit may be issued upon approval of the return.
If the item was not marked as a gift, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.
