Slickwraps Return & Refund Policy

Under our standard return policy, Slickwraps accepts returns only for brand-new, unused, and unapplied products. Products that have been installed, subjected to an installation attempt, removed from the backing paper, used, altered, or removed from their original condition are not eligible for return.

To qualify for consideration:

• The product must remain unused, unapplied, and in its original condition
• The product must be returned in its original packaging
• The return request must be submitted within the return period listed below
• Proof of purchase or the order confirmation must be provided
• Return authorization must be obtained before the product is mailed

Return authorization and delivery of a returned product do not guarantee approval of a refund, exchange, or store credit. Eligibility is determined after receipt and inspection.

A return request for an eligible product delivered within the United States must be submitted within 14 days following delivery.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from a verified Slickwraps fulfillment error.

An approved refund issued to the original payment method is subject to a 5% restocking fee. The restocking fee is waived when an approved refund is issued solely as Slickwraps store credit.

Customers in the European Union or United Kingdom may cancel an eligible online purchase by notifying Slickwraps within 14 days after receiving it. If eligible products from one order are delivered separately, the 14-day period begins when the final eligible product is delivered.

To request a return, use our Contact Us page within 14 days of delivery and include the order number and products being returned. After notifying us, the customer must send the eligible products back within the next 14 days.

Customers may inspect a product in the same way they could in a retail store. A refund may be reduced if the product is handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it. Products made to the customer's specifications, personalized products, and other excluded products are not eligible for this 14-day return right.

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.

For an approved EU or UK return, Slickwraps will refund the purchase price and the cost of the least expensive standard outbound delivery option offered. Upgraded or expedited shipping costs are non-refundable. No restocking fee applies. Slickwraps may wait to issue the refund until the returned products are received or the customer provides sufficient proof that they were sent.

Standard, non-personalized catalog skins may be returned regardless of series if they are unused, unapplied, in their original condition, and otherwise eligible under the return requirements and destination-specific rules on this page.

Under our standard return policy, the following products are final sale and are not eligible for return:

• Products personalized or made to the customer's specifications
• Design Your Own or upload-your-own-image products
• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance products
• Products that have been installed, subjected to an installation attempt, removed from the backing paper, used, altered, or removed from their original condition

Orders delivered outside the United States, European Union, and United Kingdom are final sale and are not eligible for return unless Slickwraps provides written authorization.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

Every return must be sent to the authorized return address, follow the instructions provided by Slickwraps, and use a trackable shipping service. The customer must provide Slickwraps with the valid return tracking number promptly after shipment.

A return is not considered received until carrier tracking confirms delivery to the authorized return address and Slickwraps has taken possession of the shipment. Slickwraps cannot process a refund, exchange, or store credit without valid tracking and confirmed delivery. A carrier delivery scan does not guarantee return eligibility or approval.

The customer is responsible for loss, misdelivery, or deterioration during return shipping and for filing any carrier claim. Shipping insurance is strongly recommended for higher-value returns. Do not include devices, accessories, documents, or other property unless the return instructions specifically request them. Slickwraps is not responsible for unrequested items included with a return.

After receiving and inspecting an authorized return, Slickwraps will notify the customer whether the refund is approved, denied, or requires more information.

Approved refunds are generally initiated within 5 business days. Banks and payment providers may require additional time before funds appear.

Refunds are based on the amount actually paid for eligible returned products, minus any fee or deduction described in this policy. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or, when agreed, as Slickwraps store credit.

Please note:

• Approved U.S. refunds issued to the original payment method are subject to a 5% restocking fee
• The restocking fee is waived for approved U.S. refunds issued solely as store credit
• No restocking fee applies to an approved EU or UK 14-day return
• The bank or payment provider controls how long the refund takes to appear after Slickwraps issues it

Slickwraps uses an automated order-processing and production system so orders can move toward shipment as quickly as possible. Orders may enter printing, cutting, production, packing, or fulfillment shortly after they are placed.

For this reason, a cancellation request must be submitted within 15 minutes after purchase. Slickwraps will make reasonable efforts to honor a timely request, but cancellation is not guaranteed if processing or production has already begun. Submitting a request does not cancel an order unless and until Slickwraps confirms the cancellation.

If Slickwraps confirms the cancellation, the canceled amount will be refunded.

A voluntary exchange is available only for a product that otherwise satisfies the return-eligibility requirements and is not final sale. Contact Slickwraps and obtain authorization before returning any product.

The product must remain unused, unapplied, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges in both directions, including the cost of returning the original product and the cost of shipping the replacement product.

Exchange authorization remains subject to receipt and inspection of the returned product. Slickwraps may require payment of the replacement-product shipping charge and any applicable price difference before dispatching the replacement.

Notify Slickwraps and the carrier promptly if a package is reported lost, stolen, delayed, or undelivered. Slickwraps may require carrier-claim documentation, delivery confirmation, an affidavit, or other reasonable evidence.

If carrier tracking shows no movement or status update for more than 14 consecutive calendar days for a shipment within the United States, or more than 30 consecutive calendar days for an international shipment, Slickwraps will verify the tracking history and provide one replacement shipment at no additional charge. If the original shipment is later delivered, the customer must promptly notify Slickwraps and follow any return instructions provided at Slickwraps' expense.

When carrier tracking confirms delivery to the shipping address provided with the order, Slickwraps is not responsible for theft, loss, misplacement, or inability to locate the package after delivery. A refund or replacement will not be issued solely because the recipient cannot locate a package marked as delivered. The recipient should promptly contact the carrier and check with household members, neighbors, property management, mailrooms, or anyone else who may have accepted delivery. Slickwraps will still correct a verified Slickwraps fulfillment error.

If a shipment is returned because the customer provided an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, or because the recipient refused delivery, the customer must pay the reshipping charge before the order will be shipped again. The original shipping charge is non-refundable. Return shipping, customs, brokerage, storage, handling, and other unrecoverable costs may be deducted from any approved refund.

If local consumer law gives the customer additional return rights, those rights still apply.
