Return & Refund Policy
Returns
We accept returns only on brand-new, unused, and unapplied skins.
All return requests must be submitted and completed within 14 days of delivery
Items must not be installed, used, or removed from the backing paper
Returned items must be in original condition and original packaging
Returns that show signs of use, installation, damage, or alteration will be refused
Custom or personalized orders are final sale and not eligible for return or refund
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Custom or personalized orders
Sale or discounted items
Gift cards
International orders (due to long transit times and customs restrictions)
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Bulk Orders:
Any order containing more than five (5) skins for the same device model is considered a bulk order and is final sale. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
If free shipping was applied to the order, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund
A return tracking number is required for all returns
Returns sent without prior approval may be refused
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
You will receive an email notification confirming approval or rejection within 5 business days
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment
Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider
A $1.50 processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount
Proof of Purchase
A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required to complete any return.
Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer
Once an order has shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
We do not issue refunds for lost, stolen, delayed, or undelivered packages
Shipping issues must be resolved directly with the carrier
